We've partnered with Adopt A Block DC to beautify and transform our underserved residential neighborhoods. If you have time, please join us on Sunday February 23, 2025 as we clean our streets and make our neighborhood a little safer.

The Sigma Chapter of Phi Omega Delta Sorority Incorporated is encouraging the community to come together in support of Star of Hope in Houston, Texas. This organization is dedicated to transforming lives by providing essential services to homeless individuals and families, guiding them toward independence and self-sufficiency.

 

For over 100 years, Star of Hope has been committed to meeting the needs of Houston’s homeless population. Their programs offer emergency shelter, recovery support, education, and long-term housing solutions. With your help, we can make an even greater impact!  

 

Key Programs:

• Emergency Shelter: Safe and immediate housing for homeless men, women, and children.

• Recovery and Support Programs: Focusing on life skills, employment training, and spiritual growth.

• Transitional Housing: Assisting families in their journey from homelessness to stable, independent living.

Phi Omega Delta Sorority Incorporated, Pi Chapter, is proud to launch a community initiative to support the incredible students of a special education classroom at Montlieu Academy of Technology. These students, who face unique learning challenges, are striving to achieve academic success with the help of specialized educational tools, technology, and resources. However, they need our community’s support to ensure they have access to the materials and assistance necessary to thrive.

Special education classrooms often require additional resources such as adaptive learning tools, sensory materials, and technology to better meet the needs of their students.
